Tasting : Lovely grainy color, limpid and proper intensity. Elegant bouquet with aromas of small cooked red fruit, with notes of blackcurrant bud and a touch of liquorice. Full-bodied, soft and round mouth with a good structure and a lovely length. Potential of ageing: a dozen years. Serve at 18 °C with red meats and cheeses.
