It has a happy isolated position, this is why it is called a "peaceful oasis" and, at the same time, it is also easy to reach the near cities: Arezzo, Florence, Siena, Perugia, Cortona, La Verna, Camaldoli, Montepulciano, Montalcino and to the major roads and the most important airports and railways stations. It is very close to Arezzo historical centre and also to the motorway A1 (at Arezzo exit). In few minutes you can reach the Business and Congress Centre at Via Spallanzani, at 4km), the European biggest, Equestrian Centre Jump Italy (near S. Zeno, at 10km), Arezzo railways station (at only 6km), and it is not far from the Golf Club Casentino (in Poppi, at 20km), from S.
