Bodegas Sauci (Sauci Winery) is a family-owned company dedicated entirely to the obtaining of quality wines for which it has been widely recognized. Our quality is based on the selection of the best must of the harvest. As Sauci is not a producer but an aging winery, we can allow us the luxury of choosing the highest quality must among the different wine growers and producers. Together with the exquisite aging and careful care with which we take care of our wines, they stay in the darkness and silence of the wine cellar where an optimum ventilation, suitable humidity degree and constant temperature are maintained thanks to the volume and height of its walls, the size and location of the windows and the creation of particular hydrophilic wall-plate allow us to market excellent quality wines.

Nothing is beyond our means; we do take care of the must selection, wine aging, bottling, commercialization and marketing. Quality is therefore guaranteed.
