ine made from ecologicaly grown grapes certified EC 2092/91 by ECOCERT sas F32600

40 % Clairette, 40 % Bourboulenc, 10 % Grenache blanc, 10 % Roussanne

Yellow color with pale gold reflect. Subtle and elegant, notes of white flowers and stony minerality.
Good complexity. Mouth round and rich.
On the palate, a perfect balance combines with an outstanding fullness which insures, with a lot of fat, a very beautiful end of tasting.

For the Châteauneuf-du-Pape, we achieve 35hectoliters per hectare and our grapes are all picked and sorted by hand.
The grapes are harvested by hand and put in a picking bucket. Then we separate the finest bunches from the damaged grapes directly in the vineyard.
The grapes are taken to the vat room in a harvesting bin (gondola). Then, they are de-stemmed.
De-stemming gives rounder wines.
