A variety exclusively native to Burgundy, our aligotEoffers, behind its pale green reflections, a floral bouquet of rose and lilac, mixed with orange and hints of minerality. The first taste impression is homage to the clarity and to the incisiveness of the grape variety, with an enticing freshness and a decisive minerality that continues seamlessly through to a finish that is lemony and persistent. Indispensable with goat and sheep cheese, but also innovative and simply delectable with smoked fish and spicy Asian food.

Located in the Maranges region at the southern entrance to the world renowned Côte de Beaune wine region. The Cheverot estate consists of 15 different appellations spread over a total area of 20 hectares. The different appellations are approved by the french national institute (INAO) which strictly control the origin, production and quality of wines in France.
