Course:

The course is divided into the following steps: Presentation of the historical and cultural context,

1st meeting: The tambourine: history, study of musical instruments and executive technique.
2nd meeting: The vocal repertoire.
Repertoire and executive technique.

3rd meeting: The violin and the guitar. Classical and folk repertoire used for the tarantism therapy.
4th meeting: The Pizzica. Different dancing and technique contexts.
Farewell Party for those people attending the course.

Art

Wrought iron

Given by a wrought iron craftsman, the course has 5 lessons composed of 2 hours each . It is useful not only for those of you who want to acquire the first rudiments of the manufacturing technique, but also for people want to specialise in this old and noble art.

Painting

Painting rudiments are taught in a 3-lesson mini course. A landscape painting excursion in the area is planned during one of the lessons.

Lecce Stone (pietra leccese)

Given by a local craftsman of the stone of Lecce, the course is divided into three workshops.

Papier-maché

Given by a local papier-maché craftsman, the course is divided in three workshops.

Cookery Class

"From the sea to the countryside" students will learn from our chef the bases of italian cooking art: main sauces, cook the pasta, fish and meat delicious, make a pizza. The course has 5 lessons composed of 2 hours each. Total cost: 200€ per person.
