Gastronomy Class by the Hour: Wines of Spain (#206)
Instructors: Charles Leary, Ph.D.
Dr. Leary has established wine lists for three restaurants, including the extensive collection of Trout Point Lodge in Canada. He has studied wine in France, Italy, and Spain including three months living in Bordeaux, and has also studied wine through the Wine Spectator School, The Cofradú} del Vino de Rioja, the Curso de Vino, the Associazione Italiana Sommeliers, and Viniflhor among other programs. Vaughn Perret, M.A. has established vineyards in two locations and lived and travelled throughout France, Italy, Germany, and Spain. He is an expert at the pairing of wine and food.
