Marcel is co-founder of Deligogo. Marcel is IT & food technologist and graduated in fermentation processes and water purification technology. As an artist (painter) Marcel acknowledges the importance of being pro-active in promoting your products and services rather than wait until somebody “discovers” you. Ernesto is our culinary course specialist with a significant amount of practical experience in organising cooking courses for both small groups as well as groups up to 30 persons. Ernesto’s cooking studio resides in the old city center of Delft where he practices his “inhouse” courses. Ernesto can arrange & manage cooking courses for groups anywhere in the “Randstad” – from Amsterdam to Rotterdam. Cooking courses at home by private cooks is also possible.
